We offer sliding-scale fees for groups with built by/for marginalized communities.
Community Advising (hourly):
We can also provide ongoing recommendations and support to community projects, without being directly involved in the operations. This takes place via single or recurring meetings (in-person or remote), and can be utilized as-needed for a variety of needs:
Brainstorming: volunteer engagement, event planning, new initiatives
Facilitation: conflict mediation, strategic meetings, focus groups
Recommendations: digital tools, policies, operations
Analysis: organizing information, problem-solving, data visualization
Project-Based Packages:
HCC can be an essential partner throughout the development of a community group, space, or initiative. This work often takes place over longer periods, and involves closely working with the organization and community members.

Operations Support (hourly):
HCC can also be contracted at an hourly rate for smaller administrative or analytic tasks, such as:
- Supporting event planning & organization
- Compiling summary reports on past events, volunteers, participants, etc.
- Setting up new software, processes, etc. (including training)
